摘  要:本文基于高速成像(CCD)测距原理,设计了一种非接触式10kV真空断路器分合闸速度测量装置,该装置无需与真空断路器动触头或动触头联动机构进行机械接触,测量时将该装置置于真空断路器下方,测量镜头轴心对准10 kV真空断路器动触头或动触头联动机构,通过内置的CCD传感器及数据采集模块,实时监控10 kV真空断路器联动机构的行程-时间曲线及速度-时间曲线,再通过数据分析得出10%行程时刻点及90%行程时刻点之间的分合闸平均速度。该装置采用光学非接触式的测量方式,有效屏蔽了高压线圈电磁场的干扰,同时采用结构抗振动设计及滤波抗干扰算法,测量精度较接触式测量方式提高了50%。该装置也可在高压电路带电运行的过程中进行实时监测,为10kV真空断路器的安全预警及检修提供了重要依据。This paper have designed a non⁃contact measuring device based on the principle of high⁃speed CCD imaging method,which is using for opening and closing speed of 10kV vacuum circuit breaker,and does not need to make mechanical contact with the moving part or it’s linkage structure.This device is placed under the vacuum circuit breaker,and the lens axis is aligned with the moving part or it’s linkage mechanism.By using the CCD sensor and data acquisition module,the stroke⁃time curve and velocity⁃time curve are monitored in real time,and then the average speed between 10%stroke and 90%stroke is obtained by data calculation.Because of non⁃contact measuring method,the interference of electromagnetic field from high voltage coil is shielded.The structure anti⁃vibration design and the filtering algorithm is also considered,and the accuracy of measurement is 50%higher than that of contact methods.The real⁃time monitoring can be also carried out in the process of operation of high voltage device,which provides an important basis for the safety early warning and maintenance of 10 kV vacuum circuit breaker.
