摘　　要：文中分析了TrueFFS文件系统下FLASH驱动的实现过程,通过对套组件驱动注册、MTD驱动加载以及FLASH格式化等操作,实现了FLASH驱动,并对FLASH写操作进行了优化设计。该设计已成功应用于通信设备中,结果表明该FLASH驱动稳定、可靠。不仅可以应用在通信领域,同样可以应用在工业共控制领域,具有较大的实用价值。This paper analyzes the implementation process of FLASH driver under TrueFFS file system.Through the operation of set component driver registration,MTD driver loading and FLASH formatting,the FLASH driver is realized and the FLASH write operation is optimized.The design has been successfully applied to communication equipment,and the results show that the FLASH drive is stable and reliable.It can be applied not only in the field of communication,but also in the field of industrial common control,which has great practical value.
