摘 要:对广州某项目螺杆挤压灌注桩基础的应用进行研究分析,通过进行试验桩的竖向抗压承载力特征值估算和竖向抗压静载试验,将所得估算值与试验值2项结果进行对比验证分析。并综合论述了螺杆挤压灌注桩的主要施工技术特点。根据研究分析结果,主要提出广州地区根据土层或岩层特性采用不同的桩侧摩阻力增强系数,螺杆挤压灌注桩竖向承载力特征值的初步估算公式。提出螺杆挤压灌注桩如何采用贯入度初步判断桩端的入岩深度与持力层岩层性质的施工方法。为螺杆挤压灌注桩在广州地区的设计与施工提供参考。Based on the application of screw grout pile in a project in Guangzhou,the characteristic value of vertical bearing capacity of the pile was researched and analased by evaluateing the vertical compressive bearing capacity of the test pile and performming the vertical compressive static load test.The main construction technical characteristics of screw grout pile are discussed.According to the results of the research and analysis,a formula for estimating the vertical bearing capacity of the screw grout pile by using increase coefficient of side friction according to the soil or rock characteristics in Guangzhou is proposed.A construction method to judge the depth of the pile tip and the properties of the bearing layer by the penetration penetration degree is proposed.It provides reference for the design and construction of screw grout pile in Guangzhou area.
