摘 要:为初步探讨转化医学理念融入地方医学院校药理学实践教学中的应用.以韶关学院医学院2016级4个自然班临床医学本科262名学生作为研究对象,随机分为两组,以抽签确定研究组(2、4班)与对照组(1、3班),研究组(n=134)采用基于转化医学理念教学法,对照组(n=128)采用传统药理实践教学法,由相同的药理实验教师教学,均对两组学生采用形成性评价和终结性评价,评价实践教学效果(采用SPSS25.0软件进行统计分析).结果显示:研究组学生的综合测评成绩明显高于对照组(t=3.537、P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;问卷调查结果显示,多数学生对实践教学改革评价表示满意.因此,以转化医学为导向的药理实验教学有助于改善教学质量,提高临床专业学生的临床思维能力及临床选药、用药的应用能力,并有助于学生临床综合素质的提升.Exploring the application of convergence of pharmacology laboratory teaching with the idea of translational medicine in regional medicine colleges,262 students,as the subject of research,from 4 classes of grade 2016 of the clinical medicine major at Medical College of Shaoguan University,were divided into two groups,research group(class 2 and class 4)and control group(class 1 and class 3)by lot.The research group(n=134)was applied with the teaching method based on the idea of translational medicine,while the control group(n=128)with the traditional teaching method of pharmacology laboratory,and both were imparted by the same pharmacology laboratory teacher and evaluated by the formative and summative assessment at the same time(using the SPSS25.0 software for statistical analyses).The general assessment scores of the students from the research group is particularly higher than those from the control group(t=3.537,P<0.05),in which the discrepancy is with statistical significance.According to the survey,most students are satisfied with the reform of laboratory teaching.The translational medicine-oriented teaching of pharmacology laboratory brings advantages to improve the quality of teaching,enhance the capability of clinical thinking and clinical prescribing of the students on clinical major,and promote the comprehensive clinical competency of the students.
