抗氧剂对硫酸庆大霉素注射液稳定性的影响

摘　　要：[目的]验证抗氧剂对硫酸庆大霉素注射液的稳定性影响。[方法]分别选用抗氧剂焦亚硫酸钠、亚硫酸氢钠、亚硫酸钠按照处方工艺配制硫酸庆大霉素注射液,经放置6 h、灭菌前后、高温试验和增加抗氧剂用量、稳定性试验,考察药液pH值、颜色质量项目变化情况。[结果]抗氧剂对硫酸庆大霉素注射液颜色无影响,焦亚硫酸钠对药液pH值影响较小,亚硫酸氢钠、亚硫酸钠对药液pH值影响较大。[结论]硫酸庆大霉素注射液处方中抗氧剂选择焦亚硫酸钠较好。[Objective]To verify the effect of antioxidants on the stability of gentamicin sulfate injection.[Methods]To investigate the pH value,color and quality changes of gentamicin sulfate injection which has been prepared according to the prescription process by using the antioxidants sodium metabisulfite,sodium bisulfite and sodium sulfite respectively after letting the solution stand for 6 hours,before and after sterilization,high temperature test and stability test.[Results]Antioxidants has no effect on the color of gentamicin sulfate injection.Sodium metabisulfite has little effect on the pH value of the solution.Sodium bisulfite and sodium sulfite had a great effect the pH value of the accelerated stability test solution.[Conclusion]Sodium metabisulfite should be preferably used as the amtioxidant in gentamicin sulfate injection.
