微创切口联合空心螺钉张力带内固定对髌骨横断性骨折患者功能恢复及并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的 观察微创切口联合空心螺钉张力带内固定对髌骨横断性骨折患者功能恢复及并发症的影响.方法 选取本院2016年1月至2019年1月收治的100例髌骨横断骨折患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各50例.对照组应用克氏针张力带固定治疗,观察组采用空心钉张力带钢丝联合应用内固定治疗.观察两组手术相关指标、骨折愈合率及膝关节功能恢复情况.结果 与对照组比较,观察组手术时间、术中出血量及骨折愈合时间均较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组骨折愈合率及膝关节功能恢复优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义.结论 微创切口联合空心螺钉张力带内固定治疗创伤小,可促进髌骨横断性骨折患者骨折愈合,缩短骨折愈合时间,促进膝关节功能的改善,且未增加并发症发生率,具有较高的安全性.Objective To observe the effect of minimally invasive incision combined with hollow screw tension band internal fixation on functional recovery and complications in patients with patella transverse fracture.Methods 100 patients with patella transverse fracture in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were divided into control group and observation group by random number table,with 50 cases in each group.Control group was given Kirschner wire tension band fixation,and observation group was treated with hollow screw tension band internal fixation.The surgical indexes,fracture healing rate,and recovery of knee joint function in two groups were observed.Results Compared with control group,the operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume and fracture healing time in observation group were lower(P<0.05).The fracture healing rate and the excellent rate of knee joint function in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the incidence of complications between two groups.Conclusion Minimally invasive incision combined with hollow screw tension band internal fixation in treatment of patients with patella transverse fracture has small trauma,it can promote fracture healing,shorten fracture healing time,promote recovery of knee joint function,and not increase the incidence of complications,which has higher safety.
