血凝酶安瓿橡胶瓶塞用于气管切开患者金属套管堵管的应用研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨血凝酶安瓿橡胶瓶塞在气管切开患者金属套管堵管中的应用价值.方法 选择2018年6月至2019年10月本院收治的气管切开堵管患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为A组与B组,各30例.A组采用常规木塞全堵管,B组采用血凝酶瓶塞渐进式堵管;比较两组堵管成功情况以及呛咳、堵管器咳出、呼吸困难等不良反应发生情况.结果 两组患者均堵管成功,其中A组开始堵管至堵管成功为(4.68±1.17)d,B组开始堵管至堵管成功为(2.25±0.94)d;B组开始堵管至堵管成功时间明显短于A组,不良反应发生率明显低于A组(P<0.05).结论 与常规木塞全堵管相比,血凝酶瓶塞渐进式堵管操作取材方便,可明显缩短成功堵管时间,且不良反应发生率低,安全性高,可在临床上推广应用.Objective To explore the application value of hemagglutinin ampoule rubber bottle stopper in tracheotomy patients with metal cannula occlusion.Methods From June 2018 to October 2019,60 patients with tracheotomy obstruction in our Hospital were randomly divided into group A and group B,with 30 cases in each group.In group A,conventional cork was used to block the whole tube,while in group B,coagulase bottle stopper was used to gradually block the tube.The success of the two groups and adverse reactions such as choking,coughing out of the blocker and dyspnea were observed and compared.Results Both group A and group B succeeded in blocking the tube.The success rate from the beginning of blocking to blocking was(4.68±1.17)d in group A and(2.25±0.94)d in group B.The successful time from the beginning of blocking to blocking in group B was significantly shorter than that in group A,and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional plugging,progressive plugging with hemagglutinin bottle stopper is more convenient,can shorten the time of successful plugging,and has low incidence of adverse reactions and high safety.It can be popularized and applied in clinic.
