DPP-4抑制剂联合二甲双胍用于体质量超标的2型糖尿病的临床有效率分析

摘　　要：目的 探究对体质量超标的2型糖尿病患者实施DPP-4抑制剂联合二甲双胍治疗的效果.方法 选取2016年6月至2018年5月本院收治的90例体质量超标的2型糖尿病患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各45例.观察组应用DPP-4抑制剂联合二甲双胍治疗,对照组应用二甲双胍治疗.对比两组患者血糖水平、糖化血红蛋白、体质量、体重指数及不良反应发生率.结果 治疗后,观察组患者空腹血糖为(6.32±1.23)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖为(8.43±1.26)mmol/L、糖化血红蛋白为(6.51±1.12)%均低于对照组的(7.62±1.42)mmol/L、(11.22±1.56)mmol/L、(7.22±1.25)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者体质量、体重指数与对照组比较差异无统计学意义;观察组患者不良反应发生率为17.78%,低于对照组的42.22%(P<0.05).结论 对体质量超标的2型糖尿病患者实施DPP-4抑制剂联合二甲双胍治疗降糖效果显著,且患者不良反应发生率较低,不易增加患者体重指数,安全性较高.Objective To investigate the effect of DPP4 inhibitor combined with metformin was used in overweight type 2 diabetic patients for the clinical practice.Methods Form June 2016 to May 2018,90 patients with typt 2 diabetes in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with DPP4 inhibitor combined with metformin and the control group was treated with metformin to compare the blood glucose level,glycosylated hemoglobin,body mass,body mass index and adverse reaction rate of the two groups.Results The fasting glycemic power(6.32±1.23)mmol/L,blood glucose 2 hours after meal(8.43±1.26)mmol/L,glycated hemoglobin(6.51±1.12)%,in the observation group lower than that in the control group(7.62±1.42)mmol/L,(11.22±1.56)mmol/L,(7.22±1.25)%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the quality body mass index and the particle ratio between the the observation group and the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions 17.78%in the observation group was lower than 42.22%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of DPP4 inhibitor and metformin has significant hypoglycemic effect on type 2 diabetic patients with bodymass exceeding standard,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low,it is not easy to increase the patient's body mass index,and the safety is high.
