摘 要:高温结构陶瓷具有金属等其他材料所不具备的优点,具有耐高温、高硬度、耐磨损、耐腐蚀、低热膨胀系数和质轻等特点,正在被广泛地应用于冶金、建筑、电力和航空航天等行业。在石油化工行业的加热炉上,早期的应用也仅限于采用陶瓷纤维做炉衬材料使用。随着材料科学的发展和技术水平的不断提高,陶瓷材料的许多优良特性正逐渐地在炼厂加热炉上得到应用,陶瓷涂层和陶瓷锚固钉的开发为其典型的代表。随着陶瓷增韧技术的不断开发和提高,陶瓷的脆性将会得到极大改善,韧性将会提高,有望用来制造众多受力支撑件等。当陶瓷的焊接技术和机加工技术发展为成熟的技术时,不排除采用陶瓷管代替高合金炉管的可能性。High temperature structure ceramics,which have the advantages of metal and other materials do not possess,have the characteristics of high temperature resistance,high hardness,wear resistance,corrosion resistance,low thermal expansion coefficient and light quality.It is widely used in metallurgy,construction,electric power and aerospace industries.In the petrochemical industry furnace,the early application is also limited to the use of ceramic fibers as lining materials.With the development of material science and the continuous improvement of technical level,many excellent properties of ceramic materials are gradually applied to the furnace of refinery.The development of ceramic coating and ceramic anchorage nail is a typical representative.With the continuous development and improvement of toughening technology,the brittleness of ceramics will be greatly reduced,the toughness will be improved,and it is expected to be used to make many force support parts.When the welding technology and machining technology of ceramics are matured into universal technology,the possibility of using ceramic tubes instead of high alloy furnace tubes is not ruled out.
