摘 要:建立了有机加氧电感耦合等离子体质谱 (ICP-MS) 直接进样法测定高纯N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)中杂质元素(Na、Al、K)的定量分析方法。NMP直接进样分析,不仅省略了耗时的样品前处理过程,提高了分析速度,而且避免了样品前处理过程引入的误差,提高了数据的准确性。采用加氧烧掉有机物,显著降低了有机物对等离子体的影响。采用标准加入法校正了基体效应的影响,建立了各元素的校正曲线。方法具有稳定性好,数据的相对标准偏差(RSD)小于3%,准确性高,各元素的回收率在96%~107%之间。A method for determination of Na,Al,K impurity elements in NMP was studied with inductively coupled plasma mass(ICP-MS).NMP was analyzed directly without time consuming sample pretreatment,consequently analytical time was reduced and the deviation caused by pretreatment was avoided.The effect of organic compounds on plasma was dramatically decreased by adding oxygen.The matrix effect was calibrated by standard addition method.The method was stable that RSDs were less than 3%and accurate that recoveries of Na,Al,K were between 96%-107%.
