摘　　要：三维水平井目前已经被广泛应用于钻井工程中,三维水平井对单井产量的提高、降本提效有很大的促进作用。通过分析三维水平井轨迹控制特点,改变只在斜井段进行轨迹控制的传统模式,在直井段使用适当的钻具结构进行三维轨迹控制,降低了水平井施工风险,为三维水平井施工提速提供建议。At present,3D horizontal well has been widely used in drilling engineering.3D horizontal well has a great role in promoting the production of single well,reducing cost and improving efficiency.By analyzing the characteristics of 3D horizontal well trajectory control,the traditional mode of trajectory control is changed,In the vertical section,using the appropriate drilling tool structure to control the three-dimensional trajectory reduces the risk of horizontal well construction,and provides suggestions for the three-dimensional horizontal well construction speed.
