摘  要:大牛地气田目前常规水平井钻井技术已经趋于成熟,然而不能满足低成本的开发需求,在不断的探索和实践过程中,三维水平井钻井技术已经成为降本提效的重要手段。以D28-P7井为例,本文通过开展理论计算、工具优选及室内综合评价,分析三维水平井轨迹控制特点,改变只在斜井段进行轨迹控制的传统模式,在直井段使用适当的钻具结构进行三维轨迹控制,在井斜角很小时完成部分轨迹控制,从而使水平井井眼轨迹更加平滑,井身质量得到可靠保证,钻井速度得到提高,该技术在大牛地水平井中推广应用取得了较好的效果。At present,the conventional horizontal well drilling technology in Daniudi gas field has become mature,but it can not meet the low-cost development needs.In the process of continuous exploration and practice,the three-dimensional horizontal well drilling technology has become an important means to reduce costs and improve efficiency.Taking well d28-p7 as an example,through theoretical calculation,tool optimization and indoor comprehensive evaluation,this paper analyzes the characteristics of 3D horizontal well trajectory control,changes the traditional mode of trajectory control only in the deviated section,and uses appropriate drilling structure in the vertical section for 3D trajectory control,Part of the trajectory control is completed when the well inclination is very small,so that the horizontal well trajectory is smoother,the well bore quality is guaranteed reliably,and the drilling speed is improved.The application of this technology in Daniudi horizontal well has achieved good results.
