柳红芳教授应用当归贝母苦参丸治疗难治性尿路感染的临床经验

摘　　要：难治性尿感染中医称为顽固性淋证。临床以小便淋涩不畅、热涩疼痛、少腹拘急隐痛、反复迁延不愈为主要特点。多数医家认为其发生与足太阳膀胱经系统气化功能失常关系最为密切,而忽略了另外一个重要经络系统—手太阳小肠经系统。柳红芳教授把当归贝母苦参丸应用于难治性尿路感染中,认为难治性尿路感染的病因病机与足太阳膀胱湿热和手太阳小肠泌别清浊功能同时异常有关。应用当归贝母苦参丸加减治疗可以滋养阴血,祛除郁热,通调膀胱,可以取得较好疗效。Refractory urinary sensation in traditional Chinese medicine known as refractory stranguria.Clinical with urine drench astringent,hot astringent pain,less abdominal pain,repeated delay as the main characteristics.Most doctors believe that the development of this disease is most closely related to the dysfunction of the podocasal vesical transvesical system.Professor Liu Hongfang applied Danggui Beimu Kushen pill in refractory urinary tract infection,and believed that the etiology and pathogenesis of refractory urinary tract infection were related to the abnormal functions of the wet and hot bladder of the foot yang and the secretion and clearing of the small intestine of the hand yang.Applying Danggui Beimu Kushen pill can nourish yin blood,dispel yu heat and regulate bladder.
