摘　　要：儿童鼻渊是儿童耳鼻喉科多发之顽疾,危害极大。顾真教授通过多年的临证治疗经验认为儿童鼻渊有易感性,易传变,湿热多,迁延性的病机特点,以清热利湿、芳香通窍是总体的治疗原则,以自创“鼻窦清合剂”为底方,结合望、闻、问、切四诊,随证思辨,灵活应用,不拘泥古法,临床效果显著。该治疗方法在临床上具有良好的推广和应用价值。Nasosinusitis in children is a kind of intractable disease in children.It does great harm to children.Professor Gu Zhen considers that this disease is susceptible and spreads easily through many years of clinical experience.The pathogenesus of this disease is characterized by prolonged dampness and heat.The general principle of treatment is cleaning heat and promoting diuresis and aroma.Professor Gu takes the“Bidouqing mixture”as the basic prescription which made of herself.She combines with the four traditional Chinese methods of diagnosis:observation listening interrogation and pulse-taking.At the same time,she uses different diagnostication of TCM along with the speculative,flexible application.She doesn’t stick to the old ways.This treatment method has good promotion and application value in clinical practice.
