田七祛瘀胶囊对急性脑梗死患者血液流变学及神经功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨田七祛瘀胶囊联合常规治疗对急性脑梗死患者中医症候积分、血液流变学及神经功能的影响。方法选取60例血瘀证急性脑梗死患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组各30例。对照组予以常规西医疗法,观察组在对照组基础上联合田七祛瘀胶囊进行治疗。比较2组治疗总有效率,治疗前、治疗1周、治疗2周、治疗4周的NIHSS评分、中医证候积分、血液流变学指标,记录两组治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.7%,显著高于对照组83.3%(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组治疗1周、治疗2周、治疗4周的中医证候积分、NIHSS评分、血液流变学指标显著降低(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组不良反应总发生率分别为6.82%与2.27%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论田七祛瘀胶囊联合常规治疗可显著降低血瘀证急性脑梗死患者中医症候积分,减轻患者神经功能缺损症状,改善血液流变学指标。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Tianqi Quyu capsule combined with routine treatment on acute cerebral infarction.Methods 60 patients with blood stasis syndrome of acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Tianqi Quyu capsule on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate,NIHSS score,TCM syndrome score and hemorheology index before,1 week,2 weeks and 4 weeks were compared between the two groups,and adverse reactions were recorded during the treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.7%,which was significantly higher than 83.3%of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the TCM syndrome score,NIHSS score and hemorheology index in the observation group decreased significantly(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions was 6.82%in the observation group and 2.27%in the control group,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Tianqi Quyu capsule combined with routine treatment can significantly reduce the syndrome score of blood stasis in patients with acute cerebral infarction,reduce the symptoms of neurological deficit,and improve the hemorheology index.
