中医综合护理配合贺氏三通法治疗带状疱疹观察

摘　　要：目的研究带状疱疹患者实施中医综合护理配合贺氏三通法治疗的临床疗效。方法选择72例收治的带状疱疹患者,2017年11月—2018年11月作为本研究的时间范围,采用随机数字表法为分组方式,其分为试验组与参照组,各为36例。其中贺氏三通法治疗与常规护理为参照组治疗及护理措施,中医综合护理配合贺氏三通法治疗为试验组治疗方法,对比2组患者干预前后生活质量评估、不同时间点疼痛评分、症状缓解时长及临床效果。结果试验组生理机能、情志状态、生活能力、精力与活力评分与参照组相比较高,试验组治疗第3 d、5 d、10 d、1个月后疼痛评分低于参照组,试验组带状疱疹临床疗效(94.44%)同参照组(75.00%)相比较高,具备显著组间差异(P<0.05)。结论带状疱疹通过中医综合护理与贺氏三通法治疗,其临床治疗效果确切,能够有效改善患者疼痛症状,并缩短临床治疗时间。Objective To study the clinical effect of TCM comprehensive nursing combined with He’s Santong method on herpes zoster.Methods 72 patients with herpes zoster admitted by our hospital were selected as the time range of this study from November 2017 to November 2018.The random number table method was adopted as the grouping method.They were divided into experimental group and control group,with 36 cases in each.The control group received He’s Santong method and conventional nursing.The experimental group received TCM comprehensive nursing combined with He’s Santong method.The quality of life evaluation,pain score at different time points,duration of symptom relief and clinical effect of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results The scores of physiological function,emotional state,life ability,energy and vitality of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the pain scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group on the 3rd day,5th day,10th day and 1 month after treatment.The clinical efficacy of herpes zoster in the experimental group(94.44%)was higher than that of the control group(75.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM comprehensive nursing combined with He’s Santong method on herpes zoster has definite effect,can effectively improve pain symptoms and shorten clinical treatment time.
