摘　　要：[目的]探讨体质指数(BMI)对尿毒症腹膜透析患者预后生存状况的影响。[方法]选取2015年12月至2016年12月在河南科技大学第一附属医院就诊的尿毒症腹膜透析患者82例,按BMI分为低体质量组(A组,BMI<20 kg·m-2)、一般体质量组(B组,20 kg·m-2≤BMI<25 kg·m-2)及较高体质量组(C组,BMI≥25 kg·m-2),回顾性分析不同组别患者的死亡率、住院时间、并发症等数据,观察各组患者的预后情况。[结果]与B组的尿毒症腹膜透析患者(死亡率19.4%)相比,C组死亡率较高(47.3%),而A组预后更差(51.9%),C组的尿毒症腹膜透析患者并发症发生率明显高于A组和B组(P<0.05)。腹透患者BMI与其CRP、ALB、Hb呈正相关(P<0.05),与Kt/V呈负相关(P<0.05)。[结论]低体质量、超重肥胖尿毒症腹膜透析患者预后不佳,BMI<20 kg/m2和BMI≥25 kg·m-2是需要关注的危险因素。[Objective]To investigate the effect of body mass index(BMI)on the prognosis of uremic peritoneal dialysis patients.[Methods]82 patients with uremic peritoneal dialysis who were treated in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 were selected and divided into low body reorganization(group A,BMI<20 kg·m-2)and general body reorganization(group B,20 kg·m-2≤BMI<25 kg·m-2)and higher body reorganization(group C,BMI≥25 kg·m-2),retrospectively analyze the mortality,hospital stay,complications and other data of patients in different groups,and observe the prognosis of patients in each group.[Results]Compared with group B patients with uremic peritoneal dialysis(mortality 19.4%),group C patients had a higher mortality rate(47.3%),while group A patients had a worse prognosis(51.9%),the incidence of complications of group C uremic peritoneal dialysis patients is significantly higher than group A and group B(P<0.05).In patients with peritoneal dialysis,BMI was positively correlated with CRP,albumin and Hb(P<0.05);but negatively correlated with Kt/V(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The prognosis of uremic peritoneal dialysis patients with low weight and overweight obesity is poor.BMI<20 kg·m-2 and BMI≥25 kg·m-2 are the risk factors to be concerned.
