减压脱水设施在炼油厂劣质重污油处理中的应用

摘　　要：齐鲁石化胜利炼油厂主要以加工胜利油田高硫高酸原油、进口原油为主,胜利原油劣质化情况逐年加剧,每年产生的含水重污油约30~40 kt,含水质量分数约10%~60%,直接回炼造成接收装置生产波动,增加操作难度,间接影响企业效益。通过增设减压闪蒸脱水设施,将含水重污油的含水质量分数降低到1%以下,解决了重污油回炼带水的问题,实现了重污油平稳回炼。High sulfur&high acid crude oil from Shengli Oilfield and the imported crude oil were mainly processed in Shengli Refinery of Qilu Petrochemical Company.The situation of inferior quality of the Shengli crude oil is increasing year by year.About 30-40 kt per year heavy waste oil with water was generated,water content of the heavy waste oil was about 10%-60%,production fluctuation of the receiving unit was caused by the direct recycling and refining of the heavy waste oil with water,the operation difficulty was increased and the enterprise benefit was influenced indirectly.Water content of the heavy waste oil was reduced to less than 1%by adding a vacuum flash dehydration facility,the recycling and refining problem caused by the high water content of the heavy waste oil was solved,the stable recycling and refining of the heavy waste oil was realized.
