摘　　要：介绍某氯碱厂2#氯乙烯装置建设高低沸物及有机废气采用液体喷射焚烧工艺的必要性,该工艺具有技术先进、工艺成熟等优势。改造后的工业运行情况表明:装置性能考核和达标排放情况均达到设计目标,同时,地方环保部门的CEMS监测数据合格,具有良好的经济、社会效益,值得推广。The necessity of construction of high&low boiling residues and organic waste gas incineration process with liquid jet was introduced.The process was advanced and mature.The industrial operation after the reform showed that the performance assessment and emission were both up to the design goal.At the same time,the CEMS monitoring data of local environmental protection department was qualified,good economic and social benefits were obtained.The process was worth popularized.
