摘  要:山东某炼化企业准备将市场需求过剩的成品油组分向高附加值化工产品转变,做大化工规模。由于渣油加氢装置是炼油—化工产业链中的关键环节,所以选择正确的渣油加氢工艺路线成为转型升级方案成功与否的必要条件。文章在分别采用固定床渣油加氢、沸腾床渣油加氢、浆态床渣油加氢工艺路线的全炼油流程的基础上,从工艺、产品结构、投资、占地等方面综合对比,选择最优渣油加氢路线以满足炼化一体转型升级的需求。A refining and chemical enterprise in Shandong was ready to transform the oil products with excessive market demand into high value-added chemical products,and enlarge the scale of chemical product.As the residual oil hydrogenation unit was the key segment in the refining and chemical industry chain,choosing the right residual oil hydrogenation process route was the necessary condition for success of the transformation&upgrading project.Based on the whole refining process flow of fixed bed residual oil hydrogenation,boiling bed residual oil hydrogenation or slurry bed residual oil hydrogenation,the process,product structure,investment,land occupation and etc.were comprehensively compared,and the optimal residual oil hydrogenation process was selected to meet the needs of the refining and chemical integrated transformation&upgrading.
