摘 要:为明确浙江省水稻恶苗病主要致病菌藤仓镰孢霉Fusarium fujikuroi对咪鲜胺的抗性现状,以1μg/mL为区分剂量,对2017和2018两年采自浙江省绍兴、嘉兴和金华3个地区稻田的共400株藤仓镰孢霉对咪鲜胺的抗性进行了检测,并测定了抗药性菌株的适合度及其对其他常用甾醇脱甲基抑制剂类(DMIs)杀菌剂的交互抗性。结果表明:两年的抗药性菌株频率分别为53.2%和46.7%;多数田间敏感菌株在产孢能力和孢子萌发能力上强于田间抗药性菌株,在菌丝生长速率和致病性方面则两者差异不大;就稻田藤仓镰孢霉而言,咪鲜胺与丙硫菌唑之间存在交互抗性,但咪鲜胺与戊唑醇、苯醚甲环唑、丙环唑、叶菌唑、己唑醇和三唑酮之间均不存在交互抗性。研究表明,浙江省稻田藤仓镰孢霉对咪鲜胺已经产生了严重的抗药性,需要轮换使用不同作用机制的杀菌剂进行防治。In this work,the resistance status of Fusarium fujikuroi,the main pathogen of rice bakanae disease in Zhejiang Province was investigated.400 isolates of F.fujikuroi were collected from Shaoxing,Jiaxing and Jinhua,Zhejiang Province in 2017 and 2018.And their resistance frequency to prochloraz was detected using 1μg/mL as the discriminative dosage.Fitness and cross resistance to other common dememylation inhibitors(DMIs)were further assessed.Results showed that the resistance frequencies were 53.2%and 46.7%,respectively.Most of the prochloraz-sensitive isolates had stronger conidia production ability and conidia germination ability compared to those of the resistant isolates.No significant difference in the hyphal growth rate and pathogenicity between them was detected.Although cross resistance between prochloraz with prothioconazole was observed,there was no cross resistance between prochloraz and tebuconazole,difenoconazole,propiconazole,metconazole,hexaconazole or triadimefon in the case of F.fujikuroi.This study demonstrated that F.fujikuroi in rice fields in Zhejiang Province has developed severe resistance to prochloraz,and it is necessary to rotate the use of fungicides with different mechanisms of action.
