摘　　要：苏东坡在黄州从其人生谷底,一举登上了中国文坛的最高峰,这是得到历来学界共识的;苏东坡谷底登峰的秘诀,也历来为世人所探求。本文从苏东坡贬居黄州期间的境况、心情和作为等方面,开创性地揭示了苏东坡黄州谷底登峰的秘诀:即多措并举,排遣内心积郁;一蓑烟雨任平生,坦然吟笑前行;眼见河水西流,自信能创奇迹。这对今天人们的处世仍富有启迪性,很值得思考和借鉴。Su Dongpo,from the bottom of his life in Huangzhou,climbed to the highest peak of Chinese literary world at one stroke.This is the secret of Su Dongpo’s climbing to the peak at the bottom of the valley,which has always been the common understanding of the academic circles,and has always been explored by the world.From the aspects of Su Dongpo’s situation,mood and behavior during his demotion to Huangzhou,this paper creatively reveals the secret of it:taking various measures to relieve his inner depression;leaving a little bit of misty rain for his whole life,calmly singing and laughing;seeing the river flowing westward,being confident that he can make miraculous achievements.This is still enlightening to people's life today,and it is worth thinking and learning.
