摘 要:针对评价指标值已知,权重未知这一问题,分析了主、客观赋权方法的优缺点;根据实际问题提出一种基于离差最大化的组合赋权方法,具体方法是:利用层次分析法确定主观权重、变异系数法确定客观权重,接着运用离差最大化思想求解最优化模型,得到组合权重,克服单一使用主观或客观方法的局限性;结合航空兵部队装备管理体制的评价数据验证该方法的合理性、实用性和有效性。Aiming at the problem that the evaluation index values are known and the weights are unknown,the advantages and disadvantages of the subjective and objective weighting methods are analyzed firstly.Then a combination weighting method based on maximizing deviations is proposed based on the practical problem.Specifically,the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is used to determine the subjective weight,the coefficient of variation method is used to determine the objective weight,the combination weight is obtained by solving the optimization model with the idea of maximizing deviations.This method overcomes the limitations of using subjective or objective method singly.The rationality,practicability and effectiveness of this method are verified combined with the evaluation datas of aviation equipment management system.
