基　　金：单吻合器STARR+直肠前壁全层柱状缝合治疗直肠前突的临床应用(SFGG-201706)。

摘　　要：目的观察单吻合器STARR联合直肠前壁全层柱状缝合治疗直肠前突的临床应用效果。方法选取2017年3月至2018年12月齐齐哈尔市第一医院接收的直肠前突患者136例,采用双盲对照的方式分为对照组和观察组,各68例。对照组给予单吻合器STARR治疗,观察组采用单吻合器STARR+直肠前壁全层柱状缝合治疗,比较2组患者治疗效果。结果术后观察组患者治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对直肠前突患者采用单吻合器STARR联合直肠前壁全层柱状缝合治疗能够改善患者便秘症状,降低术后并发症的发生。Objective To observe the clinical application of single anastomat STARR combined with full-thickness columnar suture in the treatment of rectocele.Methods A total of 136 patients with rectal protrusions received from the First Hospital of Qiqihar from March 2017 to December 2018 were divided into control group(n=68)and observation group(n=68)by double-blind control.The control group was treated with single stapler STARR,and the observation group was treated with single stapler STARR+rectal anterior wall full-layer column sutures.Results The effective rate of postoperative observation was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of a single stapler STARR+full-thickness columnar anterior column suture in patients with rectocele can improve the symptoms of constipation and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
