合并骨质疏松患者非骨水泥型全髋关节置换术后早期负重康复训练的临床效果

摘　　要：目的研究合并骨质疏松患者非骨水泥型全髋关节置换术后早期负重康复训练的临床效果。方法选取江苏省沛县人民医院2018年2月至2019年5月合并骨质疏松患者行非骨水泥型全髋关节置换术40例作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,各20例,对照组术后3周下床进行负重康复训练,观察组术后2~4 d下床开始早期负重康复训练,对比2组的髋关节功能(Harris)评分、并发症发生状况与X平片分析状况。结果与对照组比较,观察组的Harris评分较高,并发症发生率较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组X平片检查结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在骨质疏松患者非骨水泥型全髋关节置换术后进行早期的负重训练,可以较好地改善患者的关节功能,降低并发症的发生,且X线平片分析患者的康复状况更好,在实际临床中有更高的运用价值。Objective To study the clinical effect of early weight-bearing in patients with osteoporosis after cementless total hip arthroplasty.Methods Forty osteoporosis cases underwent cementless total hip arthroplasty in Peixian People's Hospital of Jiangsu Province from February 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,all patients were divided into an observation group(20 cases)and a control group(20 cases).The control group got out of bed 3 weeks after operation for weightbearing rehabilitation training,the observation group started early weight-bearing rehabilitation training 2-4 days after operation.The Harris score,incidence of complications and X-ray analysis were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the Harris score of the observation group was higher,the incidence of complications was lower,the differences were significant(P<0.05).The difference of X-ray plain film analysis was not significant between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Early weight-bearing rehabilitation training after cementless total hip arthroplasty in osteoporotic patients can improve the joint function and reduce the incidence of complications.X-ray plain film analysis showed that the rehabilitation of patients was better.It has a higher application value in clinical practice.
