摘　　要：目的探讨股骨近端交锁髓内钉(PFNA)治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法选取2016年12月至2018年12月贵州省遵义市红花岗区人民医院收治的100例股骨粗隆间骨折患者作为研究对象,通过抽签法将研究对象均等分为观察组及对照组。对照组实施动力髋部螺钉(DHS)固定术治疗,观察组实施PFNA内固定术治疗。对比2组优良率、并发症发生情况以及术中及术后情况。结果观察组的优良率高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间以及骨性愈合时间均优于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论股骨粗隆间骨折患者采用PFNA内固定术治疗,可改善术中及术后治疗情况,减少术后并发症发生,使高治疗效果。Objective To investigate the effect of proximal femoral interlocking intramedullary nail(PFNA)in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture.Methods From December 2016 to December 2018,100 patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur who came to Zunyi Honghuagang District People's Hospital for diagnosis and treatment were selected as the research objects,and all the research objects were divided into observation group and control group by drawing lots.Dynamic hip screw(DHS)fixation was performed in the control group and PFNA internal fixation was performed in the observation group.The excellent and good rate,the occurrence of complications and the situation during and after operation were compared in the two groups.Results The excellent rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05);the operation time,intraoperative hemorrhage,hospitalization time and bone healing time of the observation group were better than that of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Internal fixation with PFNA in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur can improve the intraoperative and postoperative treatment,reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,and improve the treatment effect effectively.
