摘 要:舍饲是指农区、牧区及半农半牧区因地制宜改变过去单纯放牧的养畜方式,通过基础设施建设走集约化、科学化、规范化、现代化的养畜之路的养殖模式。羔羊的肥育性能、产肉及肉质受遗传、性别、年龄、日粮类型、营养水平、饲喂方式等多种因素影响。目前研究以高质量粗饲料(苜蓿)作为可发酵能源替代一部分谷物饲料的可行性。因此,通过饲粮组合效应提高羔羊的生产性能,增加经济效益。House-feeding is a kind of animal-raising mode which changes the simple animal-raising way according to local conditions in agricultural,pastoral and semi-agricultural and semi-pastoral areas,and takes the road of intensive,scientific,standardized and modernized animal-raising through infrastructure construction.The fattening performance,meat production and meat quality of lamb were affected by heredity,sex,age,diet type,nutrition level,feeding pattern and so on.At present,people study the feasibility of using high quality roughage as fermentable energy to replace a part of grain feed.Therefore,through the diet combination effect to improve lamb production performance,increase economic efficiency.
