摘 要:为确定猪场口蹄疫疫苗的免疫程序,设计试验通过采用液相阻断ELISA抗体检测的方法对不同日龄组仔猪首免及二免后的口蹄疫抗体水平进行检测,并对结果进行分析,以确定口蹄疫疫苗的最佳首免时间,进而制订合理的免疫程序。结果表明,与45日龄首免的仔猪相比,56日龄首免的仔猪具有更高水平的抗体效价和更高的抗体阳性率;首免后28 d进行二免,抗体水平可得到大幅度提高。建议针对高免母猪群体所产的仔猪,口蹄疫疫苗可推迟至56日龄首免,间隔28 d进行二免。In order to determine the immune procedure of foot-and-mouth disease vaccine in pig farms,the level of FMD antibody in piglets of different age groups after first and second immunization was detected by liquid phase blocking elisa,and the results were analyzed,to determine the best first immunization time of foot-and-mouth disease vaccine,and then to work out a reasonable immunization procedure.The results showed that the antibody titer and positive rate of 56-day-old first-immunized piglets were higher than those of 45-day-old first-immunized piglets,and the antibody level could be greatly improved by 28 days after firstimmunized.It is suggested that FMD vaccine should be delayed to 56 days of age and immunized 28 days apart for piglets from high immune sows.
