摘  要:采煤工作面在回采时粉尘浓度高影响作业环境,以马堡煤矿15201综采工作面为研究对象,分析煤层在采取注水措施后工作面粉尘浓度的变化。根据煤样物理化学特征,对纯水和密度为0.05%的润湿剂溶液与煤样的接触角进行测定,并绘制煤样的自然饱和吸湿曲线,同时优化煤层注水参数。结果证明,在注水时加入润湿剂能充分减小煤水接触角,煤样到达饱和吸湿的时间减少,提高了煤体的吸水量,煤体润湿效果得到增强。实施注水优化方案后,相比原注水方案,注水区域煤样的全水分提高2.28%,润湿半径扩大了3.5 m;在割煤时,工作面的全尘除尘效率提高26.38%,呼尘的除尘效率提高27.16%;推移液压支架时,工作面的全尘除尘效率提高24.13%,呼尘的除尘效率提高26.15%,除尘效果良好。The high dust concentration of coal mining face during mining affects the working environment.Taking the 15201 fully mechanized mining face of Mabao Coal Mine as the research object,the change of coal dust concentration after taking water injection measures is analyzed.According to the physical and chemical characteristics of coal samples,the contact angle of pure water and 0.05%density wetting agent solution with coal samples was measured,and the natural saturation moisture absorption curve of coal samples was drawn,and the coal seam injection parameters were optimized.The results prove that adding the wetting agent during water injection can fully reduce the coal-water contact angle,the time for the coal sample to reach saturated moisture absorption is reduced,the water absorption of the coal body is increased,and the coal body wetting effect is enhanced.After implementing the water injection optimization scheme,compared with the original one,the total moisture of the coal sample in the water injection area increased by 2.28%and the wetting radius was expanded by 3.5 m.When cutting coal,the total dust removal efficiency of the working face increased by 26.38%with dust removal efficiency increased by 27.16%.When pushing the hydraulic support,the dust removal efficiency of the working face is increased by 24.13%with the dust removal efficiency of the dust exhalation increased by 26.15%,and the dust removal effect performs good.
