摘  要:通过对陶瓷材料的材料去除机理分析,发现了其材料去除率随超声振动频率的增大、碰撞粒子总数的增多、施加静压力的增大而增大。采用了复频超声加工方法对不同自由质量块下超声振动的频率进行了测量,发现了对于同样直径的自由质量块,球形自由质量块产生的低频频率比圆柱形自由质量块产生的低频频率高。通过对不同自由质量块下的陶瓷材料进行超声钻孔实验,发现了对于圆柱形自由质量块,其对应的材料去除率在一定范围内随直径(质量)的增大而增大,而球形自由质量块对应的材料去除率在一定范围内随直径(质量)的增大先增大后减小。且对于同样直径的自由质量块,球形自由质量块对应的材料去除率要比圆柱形自由质量块对应的材料去除率更高,加工效率更好。直径为6mm的球形自由质量块对应的材料去除率最高,为123(mg/min),而不放入自由质量块对应的材料去除率最低,为23(mg/min)。Through the analysis of the material removal mechanism of ceramic materials,the material removal rate of the ceramic material increases with the increase of the frequency of ultrasonic vibration,the increase of the total number of collision particles and the increase of the static pressure.Adopted the multifrequency ultrasonic machining method of ultrasonic vibration frequency under different free mass were measured,and found the quality for freedom in the same diameter,spherical freedom mass produce low frequency than cylindrical mass produced by low frequency high frequency.Through to the quality of different free block of ceramic material under ultrasonic drilling experiment,found the block on the cylindrical freedom quality,its corresponding material removal rate within a certain range with the increase of diameter(quality),and the material removal rate of spherical free mass corresponding within a certain range increases with the increase of diameter(quality)first then decreases.And for the free mass of the same diameter,the removal rate of the material with spherical free mass is higher than that of the cylindrical free mass,and the processing efficiency is better.A spherical free mass with a diameter of 6mm has the highest removal rate,which is 123(mg/min),while the removal rate of the material with no free mass is the lowest,at 23(mg/min).
