摘  要:大型密封容器容积大,密封连接接口多。为方便高效对容器进行气密性检查,通过重复的可靠性气密性检查实验研究了不同气密性检查方法的适用性。压力监测法精度低,受温度和容积变化影响大。氦质谱检漏法有残留氦气,操作复杂且耗时长。建立了可靠性保证的气密性检查方法,该方法采用压力监测法的实测数据和氦质谱检漏法的大量实验数据来保证高精度漏率的可靠性。研究表明,该可靠性方法对大型密封容器的适用性较好,在实际工程应用中只需对容器开展压力监测法。There are many hermetic junctures for large-cubage sealed cabin.To find air tightness detection method for the cabin conveniently and efficiently,reduplicate reliability-experiments of air tightness detection have been taken out to investigate the applicability.Air pressure method are of low precision,and easily affected by temperature and cubage.The disadvantages of method with helium mass spectrum are residual helium,complicated operation and high time consuming.The reliability-ensured air tightness detection method has been proposed,where the actual survey data of air pressure method and experiment results of method with helium mass spectrum guarantee reliability of high-precision leakage.The research shows that the method is well applicable to the cabin,and air pressure method is only demanded in real engineering applications.
