摘  要:风机塔筒的振动控制技术一直是风能开发应用领域的关键技术之一,传统的被动控制技术控制效果不稳定鲁棒性差,在恶劣多变的风况环境中在结构稳定、宽频率、自适应能力好的振动控制技术能保证风电机组的高效运行。论文通过半主动控制方式对风机塔筒结构进行风致振动控制。根据主动最优控制算法LQR计算出主动最优控制力,然后按照限界主动变阻尼算法建立半主动控制算法,从而在不提供额外动力源的情况下实现主动最优控制。论文应用TMD主动变阻尼控制器建立TMD控制系统,并对风机塔筒的风致振动进行控制。最后通过对比风机塔筒结构在无控、被动控制、半主动控制作用下的PSD随机振动响应,发现半主动控制方式下风机塔筒结构的振动响应最小。结果显示:风机塔筒结构的半主动控制方式对于随机变化的风况具有一定的适应性,它的控制效果更加稳定且明显好于被动控制方式。The vibration control technology of thewind-power tower has always been one of the key technologies in the field of wind energy development.The traditional passive control technology is unstable and the robustness is poor.In the complex and volatile environment,the stable in structure,wide frequency,good adaptability vibration control technology to ensure the wind turbine is stable and efficient running.The wind-induced vibration control of the wind-power tower structure is carried out by semi-active control.According to the active optimal control algorithm LQR,the active optimal control force is calculated,and the semi-active control algorithm is established according to the bounded active variable damping algorithm.So that the optimal control can be achieved without providing additional power source.The TMD control system was established by TMD active variable damping controller,and used to control the wind induced vibration of the wind-power tower.Finally,the vibration response of the wind-power tower structure in the semi-active control mode is found to be the smallest by comparing the random vibration response of the wind-power tower structure under the controlless,passive control and semi-active control.The results show:The semi-active control method of the wind-power tower structure has certain adaptability to the randomly changing wind condition,and its control effect is more stable and obviously better than the passive control mode.
