摘  要:以电动代步车外观与用户感性需求匹配为目标,采用数量化Ⅰ类理论分析方法,构建基于感性工学的设计要素相关性预测模型。方法:采用多维尺度分析法、聚类分析等方法构建代步车的意象空间,分解电动车外观各元素并用数量化一类理论方法将代步车量化,构建多元回归数学模型预测各设计因子与感性评价之间的相关性并验证。结果:所建立的数学模型良好,符合验证条件。结论:对于半包式产品外观设计,应以系统的角度考虑各设计部件对产品意象的影响,构建多因子感性评价模型有助于优化造型设计。Taking the matching of the appearance of electric scooter and the user’s perceptual demand as the goal,this paper constructs a correlation prediction model of design elements based on Kansei Engineering by using quantification-1 theory analysis method.Methods:This research adopts the multidimensional scale construction vehicle analysis and cluster analysis methods such as image space,the appearance of each element and electric decomposition with the quantitative methodology of a scooter will be quantified,and establish the regression prediction model between various design factors and perceptual evaluation correlation and verification.Results:the established mathematical model was in good agreement with the verification conditions.Conclusion:the design of semi package products should consider the influence of design components on product image from a systematic point of view,and the construction of multi factor perceptual evaluation model is helpful to optimize the modeling design.
