摘　　要：2019年,柬埔寨政府各项工作有条不紊地进行,人民党加速对党内新生力量的培养、加强对其他小型政党的管理,继续推进政府各部门的透明度建设,执行亲民政策。柬埔寨经济运行良好,国内生产总值增长率为7.1%,居东盟国家首位。柬埔寨开展积极的外交工作,中柬两国签署了构建命运共同体行动计划;柬美关系偶有摩擦,但大方向趋好;柬埔寨积极向欧盟争取保留EBA(除武器一切都行)待遇;柬埔寨与东盟各国保持良好关系,虽然与老挝发生了边界纠纷,但问题最终得以和平解决。2020年,柬埔寨政府各项工作将以“维持稳定”为主题开展。In 2019,the Cambodian government conducted its work in an orderly manner,and the Cambodian People’s Party(CPP)accelerated the nurturing of the new forces within the party,strengthened the management of other small political parties,continued to promote transparency in government departments,and implemented a propeople policy. The Cambodian economy was performing well,with GDP growth rate of 7.1%,the highest among ASEAN countries. Cambodia has been actively engaged in diplomatic work,with China and Cambodia formally signed the Action Plan of the Community with a Shared Future;Despite occasional frictions in its relations with the United States,the general direction has improved;Cambodia has been active in seeking to retain the EBA(everything but weapons)treatment from the European Union;Cambodia has maintained good relations with ASEAN countries,and despite the border dispute with Laos,the issue was eventually and peacefully resolved. In 2020,the Cambodian government will carry out all its work under the theme of"maintaining stability".
