摘 要:高职本科协同人才培养是培养高素质应用型人才的必然选择,需要利益相关者的协同合作。当前,高职本科协同人才培养目标定位中存在利益相关者缺位、课程有效衔接不够且未充分融合行业企业需求、管理机制不完善、政府过程监管相对薄弱等问题。为此,政府部门、本科院校、高职院校、行业企业、教师和学生等利益相关者要明确自身定位与角色,找到利益平衡点并达成共识,充分发挥各自的优势。要加强统筹与监管,构建利益相关者共同治理模式,各利益相关者联合设计一体化课程体系,实现人才培养有效衔接,共同参与到人才培养全过程,完善质量保障体系,构建新的人才培养模式,提升人才培养质量,最终实现合作共赢。Higher vocational and undergraduate collaborative talent training is an inevitable choice to cultivate high-quality applied talents,which requires the cooperation of stakeholders.At present,there are some problems in the target positioning of higher vocational and undergraduate collaborative talent training,such as the absence of stakeholders,insufficient effective course connection and insufficient integration of the needs of enterprises in the industry,imperfect management mechanism,and relatively weak process supervision of the government.In order to solve the above problems,government departments,undergraduate colleges,higher vocational colleges,industrial enterprises,teachers and students and other stakeholders should clearly define their own positioning and roles,find the balance of interests and reach a consensus,and give full play to their respective advantages.Strengthen plan as a whole and regulation,build stakeholder co-governance mode,each stakeholder joint design,integrated curriculum implement effective connection of talents cultivation,jointly participate in the whole process of talents cultivation,perfect quality guarantee system,construct the new personnel training mode,improving the quality of talent training,finally realizes the win-win cooperation.
