季铵化聚醚氨基硅油的制备及其在针织物上的应用

摘　　要：采用本体聚合的方法以线性体α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚氧乙烯改性二甲基硅氧烷和偶联剂N,β(氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷为原料在碱的催化作用下生成聚醚氨基硅油,再加入非离子乳化剂TO-6/9和对甲基苯磺酸甲酯制得季铵化聚醚氨基硅油乳液。本文研究了反应时间、催化剂用量等对反应产物粘度的影响,采用红外光谱对产物结构进行表征;并将自制的季铵化聚醚氨基硅油与市面上常用三元共聚嵌段硅油的应用性能进行了对比。结果表明经季铵化聚醚氨基硅油处理的织物在亲水性及抗黄变等方面均优于普通的嵌段硅油。Usingα,ω-hydroxyl terminated polydimethylsiloxane,polyoxyethylene modified dimethyl siloxane,and N-(β-aminoethyl)-γ-aminopropylmethylbimethoxy silane as raw material,NaOH as catalyst,polyether amino silicone oil was synthesuzed by bulk polymerization.Then methyl p-toluenesulfonate and nonionic emulsifier TO-6/9 were introducted to obtain a quaternized polyether amimo silicone oil Emulsion.In this paper,the effects of reaction time and catalyst dosage on the viscosity of polyether amino silicon oil were studied,and the structure of product was characterized by IR.Its application properties were discussed also,and the result shows that quaternized polyether amino silicone oil has better hyrdophilicity and yellowing resistance ability than normal ternary block copolymerized organic silicone.
