摘  要:为了研究压装蜗杆对电机振动噪音的影响,以一款车载座椅调节电机为例,通过试验的方法,详细地研究了蜗杆对电机振动噪音的影响。结果表明:当蜗杆的长度是齿距的整数倍时,蜗杆的质心在轴上上,自身平衡。压装蜗杆后,转子的动不平衡量增大为原来的3倍,转子1阶和2阶固有频率降低。通过阶次分析,发现压装蜗杆后,电机第1阶三个方向的振动值增大了10%,而蜗杆对电机的其他阶次的振动和噪音几乎没有影响。The influence of worm on motor vibration and noise is studied by means of experiment.The results show that when the length of the worm is an integer multiple of the pitch,the centroid of the worm coincides with the axis and balances itself.After the worm is pressed,the dynamic unbalance of the rotor increases three times as much as that of the original one,The first and second order natural frequencies of the rotor are reduced.Through order analysis,it is found that the 1st order vibration value in third directions of the motor increases by 10%after the pressed the worm,while the worm has no effect on the vibration and noise of other orders of the motor.
