静脉注射胺碘酮治疗老年重度心力衰竭合并快速心律失常的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 分析静脉注射胺碘酮治疗老年重度心力衰竭合并快速心律失常的疗效.方法 选取本院2018年2月~2019年2月接收的老年重度心力衰竭合并快速心律失常患者作为研究对象,70例患者经数字随机分组法被分为两组,对照组患者接受内科常规治疗,观察组患者联合静脉注射胺碘酮治疗.比对两组患者的平均动脉压(MAP)、心脏射血分数(EF)、左室舒张末期直径(LVEDD)与心脏指数(CI)变化情况,分析其临床疗效与不良反应发生情况.结果 治疗后观察组患者的MAP(89.13±7.46)mmHg、EF (50.42±7.81)%与CI (2.93±0.62) L/min均明显高于对照组,LVEDD (43.17±10.29) mm明显低于对照组,经检验差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的重度心力衰竭临床总有效率(97.14%)与心律失常临床总有效率(94.29%)均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的不良反应发生率相比较无差异(P>0.05).结论 静脉注射胺碘酮治疗老年重度心力衰竭合并快速心律失常的临床疗效显著,有利于提升患者的心功能及稳定病情,且具有较高的安全性,有进一步推广实施的价值.Objective To analyze the efficacy of intravenous amiodarone in the treatment of elderly patients with severe heart failure complicated with tachyarrhythmia.Methods In this study,70 elderly patients with severe heart failure complicated with tachyarrhythmia accepted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the research object and divided into two groups through random number method.The patients in the control group received routine medical treatment,while the patients in the observation group were further administered intravenous amiodarone.The changes of mean arterial pressure(MAP),cardiac ejection fraction(EF),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and cardiac index(CI)in the two groups were compared,and the clinical efficacy and adverse events were analyzed.Results After treatment,the MAP(89.13±7.46)mmHg,EF(50.42±7.81)%and CI(2.93±0.62)L/min of the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the LVEDD(43.17±10.29)mm was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The clinical total effective rate of severe heart failure(97.14%)and that of arrhythmia(94.29%)in the observation group were both significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions had no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Intravenous amiodarone has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of elderly patients with severe heart failure complicated with tachyarrhythmia.It helps improving the patients'cardiac function and stabilizing the state of illness,and it is highly safe,so it is worth further promotion and application.
