新时代大学生创新素质培养探析

摘　　要：大众创业、万众创新是国家的大政方针,培养大学生的创新素质对于创新创业工作的开展至关重要。通过对武汉市15所高等学校调查研究发现,当前大学生存在创新及创新素质认知缺乏;创新意识不强,创造动机不足;创新思维狭隘,创造思维局限化;创新人格不健全,创新道德素养较低等现实问题,在对大学生创新素质不足的原因进行解析的基础上,从国家、高校和个人三个层面提出培育新时代大学生创新素质的对策与建议。Mass entrepreneurship and mass innovation is a national policy.It is very important to cultivate the innovation quality of college students for the development of innovation and entrepreneurship.Based on the questionnaire survey of 15 colleges and universities in Wuhan,it is found that current college students have some practical problems such as lack of innovation and awareness of innovation quality;weak innovation awareness and insufficient creative motivation;narrow creative thinking and limited creative thinking;unsound creative personality,Lower innovation moral qualities,etc.Based on the analysis of the reasons for the lack of innovation qualities of college students,it proposes countermeasures and suggestions for cultivating the innovation qualities of college students in the new era from the three levels of country,college and individual.
