摘　　要：[目的]从社会评价尺度构建护理硕士专业学位(MNS)授予质量评价指标体系。[方法]采用访谈法、德尔菲法构建MNS学位授予质量评价指标体系,运用主成分分析法计算指标权重。[结果]形成由4个一级指标、10个二级指标及27个三级指标构成的评价指标体系,指标体系总的Cronbach′sα系数为0.961,内容效度为0.84,理论知识、基本素质、实践能力及科学研究4个维度的权重分别为18.0%、23.9%、40.5%、17.6%。[结论]从社会评价尺度构建的MNS学位授予质量评价指标体系,为我国形成多角度的MNS学位授予质量保障体系提供了部分参考。Objective:To Construct a quality evaluation index system for the master of nursing specialist(MNS)from the social angle.Methods:Interview and Delphi method was used to construct the quality evaluation index system of MNS degree awarding,and the index weight was calculated by using principal component analysis.Results:The evaluation index system included 4 first-level indicators,10 second-level indicators and 27 third-level indicators.The total Cronbach′sαwas 0.961,and the content validity was 0.84.The weights of theoretical knowledge,basic quality,practical ability and scientific research were respectively 18.0%,23.9%,40.5%and 17.6%.Conclusions:It provided the reference for the formation of multi-angle MNS degree awarding quality assurance system.
