摘 要:目的应用二维斑点追踪技术(Two-Dimensional Speckle Tracking Echocardiography,2D-STI)联合双平面Simpsons法研究运动员左心房收缩功能的变化。方法选取青年男性力量型运动员(运动员组)和健康青年男性(对照组)各30例,应用双平面Simpsons法获取左心房最大容积(LAVmax)、左心房最小容积(LAVmin)、左心房收缩期前容积(LAVpre-A),并计算得出左心房每搏量(LASV)、左心房总体射血分数(LATEF)、左心房被动射血分数(LAPEF)、左心房主动射血分数(LAAEF),应用2D-STI获取左心房辅泵期应变(LASct)、左心房管道期应变(LAScd)、左心房储器期应变(LASr),分析以上两组各参数的差异。结果运动员组较对照组LAVmax、LAVmin、LAVpre-A及每搏量增高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);LATEF、LAAEF减低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);LASct、LAScd、LASr均减低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论青年男性力量型运动员左心房收缩功能减低。二维斑点追踪技术联合双平面Simpsons法可敏感检测这一变化。Objective To study the changes of left atrial systolic function in athletes by two-dimensional speckle tracking echocardiography(2D-STI)combined with biplane Simpsons method.Methods Totally 30 young male strength athletes(athletes group)and 30 healthy young men(control group)were selected.The left atrial maximum volume(LAVmax),left atrial minimum volume(LAVmin),left atrial pre systolic volume(LAVpre-A)were obtained by biplane Simpson method,and the left atrial stroke volume(LASSV),left atrial total ejection fraction(LATEF),left atrial total ejection fraction(LATEF)were calculated The left atrial passive ejection fraction(LAPEF)and left atrial active ejection fraction(LAAEF)were measured by 2D-STI.The left atrial accessory pump strain(LASct),left atrial duct strain(LAScd)and left atrial reservoir strain(LASr)were measured by 2D-STI.Results Compared with the control group,the levels of LAVmax,LAVmin,lavpre-A and stroke volume in the athletes group increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The level of LATEF and LAAEF decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the level of LASct,LAScd and LASr decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The systolic function of left atrium in young male strength athletes is decreased.The two-dimensional speckle tracking technique combined with biplane Simpsons method can detect the change sensitively.
