摘　　要：目的保证饮水型地方性氟中毒控制评价工作规范开展,确保评价实效。方法在县级自评和市级复查通过控制评价达标的工作基础上,省级抽查组在漯河市上报的达标县中随机抽取2个县进行复核,主要采取查阅资料和现场调查的方式进行。结果漯河市的临颍县和郾城区饮水型氟中毒已达控制县标准,抽样复核的病区村8~12岁儿童氟斑牙患病率均在30%以下,饮水工程水氟含量均在1.0 mg/L以下。结论漯河市本批申报达标的所有县实现控制目标。Objective To ensure the work of control and evaluation for endemic fluorosis of drinking water type are carried out efficaciously.Methods On the basis of self-evaluation of the county and municipal review on the control and evaluation,team of provincial-level inspcetion selected randomly two counties reported by Luohe which reached the standard of control for review.It is carried out by docoument review and on-site investigation.Results Drinking-water fluorosis in Linyin and Yancheng County has reached the standard of control.The detected rate of dental fluorosis in children aged 8-12 years is below 30%,the content of water fluorine is below 1.0 mg/L.Conclusion All the counties at Luohe city have reached the control goal of drink-water fluorosis.
