摘  要:建立了气相色谱联用质谱(GC-MS),同时测定棉、羊毛、真丝、涤纶等纺织品中全氟烷基醇和全氟烷基丙烯酸酯7种全氟烷基化合物的分析方法。样品常温下,用叔丁基甲醚超声波提取,在HP-5MS UI(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm)色谱柱上分离,采用SIM模式数据采集,外标法定量。结果表明:7种全氟烷基醇和全氟烷基丙烯酸酯定量限(LOQ,以信噪比>10计)为0.01~0.04 mg/kg,线性相关系数均大于0.99,方法回收率80.5%~108%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为4.1~8.5%。该方法快速、操作简便、灵敏度高,适用于纺织品中全氟烷基醇和全氟烷基丙烯酸酯的定量和确证分析。A new method to determine 7 perfluoroalkyl alcohols and perfluoroalkyl acrylates in textiles(cotton,wool,silk and polyester)by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)was developed.The textiles were extracted by ultrasonic technique with MTBE at indoor temperature,andthe separation was performed on HP-5MS UI(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm)chromatographic column.The data were gathered in selective ions monitoring(SIM)mode,and quantification was conducted by external standard method.The results showed that the limits of quantification(LOQ,S/N>10)were in the range of 0.01~0.4 mg/kg;the linear correlation coefficients were all more than 0.99.The recoveries of 7 perfluoroalkyl alcohols and perfluoroalkyl acrylates ranged from 80.5%to 108%with relative standard deviations(RSD)of 4.1%~8.5%.The method is rapid,simple and sensitive,and suitable for quantitative and confirmatory analysis of perfluoroalkyl alcohols and perfluoroalkyl acrylates in textiles.
