摘  要:在压装炸药表面增加保护涂层,可以提高压装炸药的安全稳定性。探索用石蜡聚集体、热熔性高强度氟碳树脂、聚氨酯、聚酰亚胺及其合金材料制备压装炸药防护层。通过对热压融合过程不同配方材料的成型观察、防护层的硬度以及防护层与药柱的粘结性的测试,制备出了符合热压融合工艺的防护层材料,其中热塑性聚氨酯90(粉末)+SiO2,PI+铝粉样品性能优异,达到防护层生产工艺能一次性成型,简便快速的要求。Adding a protective coating on the surface of the pressed explosive can improve the safety and stability of the pressed explosive.A new type of paraffin aggregate is used as the basic protective layer for this project,and the protective layer material for press-fit explosives is developed,including fluorocarbon resin,polyurethane,polyimide and their alloy materials.Through the observation of the forming of different formula materials,the hardness of the protective layer and the testing of the adhesion between the protective layer and the grain during the hot-pressing fusion process,the protective layer materials conforming to the hot-pressing fusion process are prepared,among which thermoplasticity polyurethane90(powder)+SiO2,PI+aluminum powder samples have excellent performance and meet the requirements of one-time forming and simplicity and rapidness in the production process of the protective layer.
