摘 要:针对复读机塑件结构复杂导致抽芯困难等问题,运用了斜销、斜滑块联合抽芯,顶出镶块式弹簧抽芯,斜顶抽芯结构,取得了良好效果;同时采用了二次浇口,从塑件中间进料,避免了产生熔接痕,缺料等问题;设计了推管、推杆、斜顶联合顶出,保证了塑件顺利脱出。In view of the difficult core pulling caused by the complex structure of the rereading mechine surface shell plastic part,the oblique pin and inclined slider were used to pull the core together,the ejector insert spring core pulling was ejected,and the inclined top core pulling structure was used,and good results were obtained.At the same time,the secondary gate was used to feed the material from the middle of the plastic part,avoiding the problems of fusion mark and lack of plastic;the push tube,push rod and inclined top are designed to eject the plastic part smoothly.
