摘  要:在海南某环境试验站开展5年的玻璃纤维(玻纤)增强尼龙6材料环境适应性试验。试验周期内,户外样品的外观颜色、力学性能和热力学性能均有显著变化。通过颜色测量和色差计算分析、表面形貌分析、表面元素分析、力学性能测试、断面形貌分析、热分析等技术手段,对比分析环境试验前后样品性能退化程度和变化原因。结果显示,户外样品颜色变化主要体现在明度降低和色相变化,表面应力开裂、浮纤、盐雾富集、亚甲基氧化生成生色基团是主要影响因素;在户外环境下2~3年周期内,材料低温断裂形貌发生韧-脆转变,玻纤与基体树脂界面作用力弱化;户外试验末期样品的热力学性能显著降低,尼龙6分子已经发生显著的断链和降解,试样表面更为显著。A five-year environmental adaptation test of glass fiber reinforced nylon 6 material was carried out at an environmental test station in Hainan province.During the test cycle,the appearance color,mechanical properties and thermodynamic properties of outdoor samples varied significantly.Through color measurement and color difference calculation,surface morphology analysis,surface element analysis,mechanical performances testing,fracture surface morphology analysis,thermal analysis and other technical means,the performance degradation degree and the change causes of the samples before and after environmental tests were comparatively analyzed.The results show that the color change of outdoor sample mainly reflects in the reduction of lightness and hue change,surface stress cracking,fiber emergence on the surface,salt spray enrichment,methylene oxidation generating chromogenic group are the main influencing factor.In the outdoor environment for 2-3 year cycle,the change of fracture surface morphology at low temperature of the material is ductile-brittle fracture transition,the interface force of fiber and resin is weakened,the thermodynamic performances of the sample are significantly reduced in the end of outdoor test,chain broken and degradation of nylon 6 molecules are significantly occurred,which is more significant on the sample surface.
