摘  要:为优化光载无线通信系统(RoF)结构,提出了一种基于两级马赫曾德尔调制器级联的12倍频抑制载波光生毫米波信号产生方案,结合波分复用和波长重用技术,仿真实现了基于该方案的全双工RoF系统。理论推导和实验仿真表明,利用该方案可实现光边带抑制比及射频杂散抑制比分别为38.44 dB和30.7 dB的毫米波信号,在传输30km后全双工RoF系统下行和上行链路功率代价仅分别为0.79dB和0.07dB,表现出了较好的系统性能。该毫米波产生方案及全双工RoF系统实现结构简单、产生频谱纯净、系统性能高效,为实际RoF系统设计提供了理论指导。In order to optimize the structure of optical radio over fiber system(RoF), a 12-tupling optical carrier suppression photo-millimeter-wave signal generation scheme based on two-stage cascaded Mach Zehnder modulators(MZM) is proposed. The full-duplex RoF system based on the proposed scheme is simulated by using wavelength division multiplexing and wavelength reuse technology. Theoretical deduction and experimental simulation show that the proposed scheme can achieve optical sideband supression ratio and radio frequency spurious supression ratio of 38.44 dB and 30.7 dB respectively. The power penalties of downlink and uplink of the full-duplex RoF are 0.79 dB and 0.07 dB respectively after 30 km transmission, which shows good system performance. The proposed millimeter wave generation scheme and the full-duplex RoF system are simple in structure, pure in spectrum and efficient in system performance, which can provide theoretical guidance for the design of actual RoF system.
