摘  要:设计了一个大学综合化学实验,从食用葵花籽油出发,采用尿素包合法,富集得到了纯度较高的亚油酸。本实验贴近生活实际,实用性和可操作性强,且绿色无毒害。有利于培养学生的学习兴趣,提升专业知识与实践技能,并且引导学生树立绿色化学理念。A comprehensive college chemistry experiment is designed, and high purity linoleic acid is obtained from edible sunflower seed oil by the urea adduction fractionation. This experiment is close to the reality of life, practical and operable, and green and harmless, which is helpful for cultivating students’ interest in learning, improving their professional knowledge and practical skills and guiding them to establish the concept of green chemistry.
