摘  要:以檀香科(Santalaceae)两个属6个树种心材的72个样本为研究对象,采用气相色谱-质谱(gas chromatographymass spectrometer,GC-MS)分析石油醚提取物的成分组成特征,确定可能用于树种识别的指标。结果表明:檀香科6个树种心材的挥发性成分主要为倍半萜类;檀香属(Santalum spp.)5个树种与沙针属非洲檀香(Osyris lanceolata)心材挥发性成分有较大差异;用主要倍半萜含量建立的判别分析模型,对檀香木(Santalum album)、新喀里多尼亚檀香(Santalum austrocaledonicum)和斐济檀香(Santalum yasi)3个树种的识别准确率可达94%。The composition characteristics of petroleum ether extract from 72 heartwood samples of Santalaceae obtained from 5 species of Santalum and 1 species of Osyris were analyzed by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometer(GC-MS).Results showed that sesquiterpenes were the main petroleum ether extracts from the Sandalaceae heartwood.The compositions of volatiles from Santalum species were different from those from Osyris lanceolata.An identification model was developed to evaluate the major sesquiterpene content.For S.album,S.austrocaledonicum and S.yasi,the accuracy of identification by the model was above 94%.
