摘  要:针对雷达设备状态检测的新要求,为保证雷达工作的可靠性和维修性能,基于雷达设备故障检测特点和雷达自身资源,给出了一种精密跟踪雷达的ATE检测方法。结合某精密跟踪雷达的检测实例,主要阐述了ATE检测系统的组成、功能、流程和实现方法,旨在提高雷达设备状态检测的灵活性、准确性和适应性。工程试验表明,该检测方法具有易操作、快速故障定位等特点,实现了一种低成本的测试保障手段,为维护人员很好的定位问题提供帮助。In accordance with the new requirement of radar equipment condition detection,in order to ensure the reliability and maintenance performance of radar,an ATE detection method of tracking radar is proposed based on the fault detection characteristics of radar equipment and radar resources.Combining with the detection on some tracking radar,the function,process and realization method of ATE detection system are mainly expounded,which shows the aim of ATE is to improve the flexibility,accuracy and adaptability on detecting of radar equipment.Through the analysis of engineering test data,the method has verified the characteristics of easy operation and fast fault location,which provides help for maintenance personnel to locate the problem well with lower cost.
